Enoch Wan, Mark Hedinger and Jon Ribley. This book is a sequel to an earlier publication by Enoch Wan & Jon Ribley, Transformational Change in Christian Ministry (2022) which provided the theoretical framework for this book. While the focus of the earlier work is on “transformational change” generally, this one is on “transformational growth” specifically dealing with the practice of leadership, discipleship and mentorship within intercultural context.
